A custom app for managing an OSU football suite.

Watch the 45-second demo video.

The demo starts with login and the Suite Visitor view, then shows the Suite Admin controls for seats, saved contacts, future games, parking, and notes.

The guest list changes from one home game to the next.

The suite has 28 seats for each game, but the guest list changes. There are four parking passes available to guests for each game, and the Suite Admin assigns them through the app. The Sprinter ride stays fixed.

Suite Visitors see the matchup, kickoff time, seat assignments, and parking plan. The Suite Admin can make changes without exposing contact information or giving visitors access to the editing controls.

What a Suite Visitor sees.

Suite Visitors see the six-game home schedule, matchup and kickoff information, seat assignments, parking assignments, and the fixed Sprinter ride.

Their view is read-only and omits phone numbers, email addresses, admin notes, and editing controls.

What the Suite Admin sees and can do.

The Suite Admin sees the same schedule and seating plan, plus controls for assigning guests, moving them between seats, and removing assignments by date.

The Suite Admin can reuse saved contacts across games, carry assignments into future games, assign parking passes, add notes, and update the plan from a phone or computer.

Six game pages and a 28-seat map.

01

Visitor and admin access

The Suite Visitor password opens the schedule and assignments. The Suite Admin password adds controls for seats, parking, contacts, and notes.

02

Six-game schedule

Each 2026 home game has its own assignment page. Suite Visitors can see the matchup, kickoff details, filled-seat count, seating plan, parking passes, and the fixed Sprinter ride.

03

Seat map based on the suite

The app arranges all 28 seats in their physical order so visitors can find their seats and see who sits beside them.

04

Assignment editing

The Suite Admin can tap an open seat, reuse a saved contact, carry an assignment into later games, remove it by date range, or drag a guest into another seat.

05

Parking, contacts, and notes

There are four parking passes available to guests for each game. The Suite Admin assigns the passes and keeps contact details, assignment notes, and game notes on that game page.

06

Server-side storage

The app saves changes on the server. Suite Visitors must sign in to see names, and only the Suite Admin can see saved contact details.

07

Phone installation

Suite Visitors can add the app to an iPhone or Android home screen. It opens in its own window and fits the controls around phone safe areas and narrow screens.

A seat map that matches the suite.

The app arranges all 28 seats to match the physical suite. Suite Visitors and the Suite Admin can see where each guest is sitting and who sits beside them.

Questions about the app.

What is the 2026 Suite Tickets app?

Creative State built the Progressive Web App for private football suite holders. It organizes six home games, 28 seats, four parking passes, a fixed Sprinter ride, guest contacts, and notes. Suite Visitors read assignments, while the Suite Admin can change them.

Why use a Progressive Web App for suite management?

Suite Visitors can add the app to an iPhone or Android home screen without downloading it from an app store. The same app works in a desktop browser, and users receive updates when they reopen it.

How do Suite Visitor and Suite Admin access differ?

The Suite Visitor password opens a view-only schedule with seat and parking assignments. The Suite Admin password adds controls for seats, parking passes, saved contacts, assignment notes, and game notes.

How does the app protect guest information?

Both views require a password. The Suite Visitor view omits phone numbers, email addresses, and admin notes. Suite Admin sessions use a secure HTTP-only cookie, and the app stores assignment changes on the server.

The app is live for the 2026 season.

Suite Visitors can install the app on their phones and check the current plan before a game. The Suite Admin can update seats, parking, contacts, and notes from a phone or computer.
